URC Custom Robot Router SystemsIf one of our standard router systems isn't appropriate for your application, let URC Automation design a router system to fit your needs. URC can provide a turn-key system or a partial system if you are willing to supply some of the components or engineering on the system. An example of a partial system would be if you had an existing robot that is suitable for material removal. URC can re-integrate that robot for you saving a considerable amount of money. URC Automation retains ownership of these designs and the Customer cannot use them without written permission or compensation to URC Automation. Threading and insert loading are custom options that can be engineered into URC router systems. Put the robot on the backside of the press and have it load inserts into the mold. When the press is molding the part, the operator can have the robot trimming or threading the previously molded part. URC will provide any and all engineering and components for your router application. Quick-change pneumatic or electric spindle tools, collision sensor, safety enclosure, shuttle slides, fixture tables, light curtains, safety mats, electrical controls, software design and part programming. New robots with mark-down prices to make way for newer models are sometimes available. Factory refurbished robots are also occasionally available. URC will advise you on the status of these robots during the quoting process. Due to 'one-of' availability, URC can only guarantee these robots with a written purchase order and down payment.
