Eight inches more reach than the standard mobile router system. Parts up to 80 inches in length depending on width and height can be processed. A typical part might be 50" x 18" x 14". $119,500 - $139,500. Detached fence from mobile platform! Allows robot to access larger parts and have two stations while still being mobile. Fence has to be moved separately but system is still easily moved. Call Randy to discuss your needs at 218 575 3118. Starting at $119,500 for two fixed stations and $139,500 for two slide shuttle stations. Large reach robot (8 inches more reach than standard robot) is available. Two separate nests allow the robot to work on two different small parts or one large part. Quick change cutting tools are utilized in all of our Robot Router cells. This allows a very flexible approach for the cutting process. Right angle drills and routers, step drills and a variety of router bits can be utilized to cut almost any plastic part at any angle. Intermediate non-cutting robot motion approaches speeds of 80 in/sec resulting in reduced cycle times. This system cranks out the parts fast! Cutting feed-rates can be easily adjusted. Controlled router feed-rate gives a more consistent part finish and a longer tool life as the operator is not handling the tools. Consumable costs of router and drill bits decrease dramatically when using the robot to router. URC designed these types of 6 Axis Robot Router cells to be mobile. This allows you to move the whole cell to where you want it for optimizing work flow! Our customers usually put the cell right next to the press they are running the part on. Built-in fork pockets allow the platform to be moved long distances and castors allow manual positioning of the platform if desired. Anti-vibration leveling pads keep the unit in place during operation. After leveling and hooking up electrical and pneumatic connections, it's ready to run a part!
