URC Automation Robot Loading

URC Automation provides turn-key solutions
for your robot loading applications.
We design the cell, robot tooling, controls,
fixtures, and software. We provide and install the equipment,
program the part and provide on-site training.
URC Automation has designed and built robot
systems for CNC loading of valve stems, valve housings, transmission
components, glass sheets, screwdrivers, cylinder liners.
URC Automation has also provided engineering and
support for wire-basket stacking, molten aluminum ladling, and x-ray
of aluminum components.

Robot CNC Machine
Tool Loading is an excellent way to optimize the
productivity of your shop floor.
Consistent part placement increases the quality of your part
and productivity generally increases 25% or more by reducing
overall work-piece cycle times.

URC Automation Robot Loading
A pedestal robot servicing several machine tools, injection
presses, or conveyors is a cost effective way to relieve worker
fatigue and maintain high feed rates of the product. Six axis robots
are used when part orientation varies during the manipulation of the
part from its pickup point to its drop off point.
URC Automation specializes in Robotic CNC Machine loading with
multi-process operations requiring two or more CNC machine tools to
be tended.
If you have older machine tools, not to worry. We can integrate new
robots to many older machine tools and presses such as New Britain,
Mori-Seiki, Okuma Howa, Warner & Swasey, Nissan and others. By
utilizing existing machine tools for robot automation, significant
cost savings as fast return on investment can be realized when
acquisition of new equipment is not in the budget.
We turn-key the entire system from concept to implementation. Let us
build one for you!
